One of the strengths and weaknesses that involve good businesses is the presence of leaders and managers. For the purpose of our discussion, we'll look at one of those differences.
The one I want to focus on is where leaders have their focus on the overall picture, the broad view of things, the future and the vision. Of course this leads some to believe that they ignore the problems that can get them there.
Managers on the other side of the coin, most of the time, look at the present and all the issues involved in it. They have a clear view of what things are really like and what is needed to solve issues that are coming up right now.
