A tragic plane crash has claimed the lives of representatives and executives from several companies, as a small jet crashed near the southern Minnesota town of Owatonna.
There are at least eight people killed as a result the accident. Some confusion remains to how many people boarded the last stop before the crash, as several passengers were said to have been picked up, but the actual number hasn't been able to be confirmed yet.
Crash investigators are still searching to see if there was another passenger on board that hasn't been accounted for yet.
The actual crash was a surprise because bad weather that had been in the area left, and it was relatively calm weather when the plane approached the airport.
One airport mechanic also said that just a couple minutes before the crash he was talking to the pilot about where he should park for fuel when he landed the plane, seeming to imply there was nothing happening right before the crash that indicated there was a problem.
Of the eight people killed in the crash, one survived the impact and was taken to the hospital, where he succomed to his injuries later in the day.
