
Jim Cramer, who is one of the co-founders of TheStreet.com, signed a three-year contract with the company. Cramer is also the host of the popular CNBC (NYSE:GE) "Mad Money" show.
Per the agreement, Cramer won't be allowed to write articles for competitors on the Internet. He will be allowed to write a column for the New York magazine and similar outlets.
In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchanges Commission, it revealed Cramer would receive $1.3 million in the first year of the contract, $1.56 million in year two and $1.87 million for the third year.
