Environmental Protection Agency Protects us from California Politicians

The continual assault upon Americans by politicians in California was answered today when the attempt to impose California's will upon the rest of the nation was rejected by the Environmental Protection Agency.

Using the unproven theory of global warming, the fearmongers from California attempted to force a stricter standard of auto emmissions on the rest of the nation, which would have increased prices of automobiles and hurt lower income people.

According to the Bush administration, only the Department of Transportation has the right to set differing standards.

As an American, I'm quickly tiring of the California cult attempting to force other Americans to live a lifestyle Californians can't even afford, especially when its based upon unproven theories and so-called science that hasn't been peer-reviewed.

This is an obvious attempt at manipulating the rest of the country to accept their standards, so they don't have to be concerned with the disingenuous hiding of the higher cost of living that would result from this irresponsible action.

In other words, they want to make this the law because their strange beliefs, if followed, would end up with them being less competitive than other states. They're also trying to disrupt the already damaged auto industry by making it extremely difficult to have to build different cars for different states. That's something that can't be allowed to happen.

Of course, this wouldn't last long, as politicians from California boast about the state setting the agenda for the rest of the country, and are working behind the scenes to get other states to join their folly. I think it's far past time that this insidious practice is ended.

The outrageous behavior of California politicians shows they think they're close to being equal to the federal government. Sorry, you're not California. You can't even fiscally manage your own state. Take care of that fiasco before you attempt to hypocritically throw your garbage on the rest of us. Physician wannabee, heal yourself before you think you have the ability to heal others.
