Leona Helmsley lived big and now she evidently has died big, as her final resting place in a mausoleum is worth about $1.4 million.
She will be laid to rest at Sleepy Hollow Cemetary, where, you guessed it, the writer of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" Washington Irving is also buried.
Helmsley died on Monday at 87, and will also rest with over 40,000 other people, which also includes a number of well known individuals like Walter Chrysler and Andrew Carnegie.
She was in the national press spotlight when she was convicted of evading $1.7 million in taxes in 1989 and ended up serving 18 months in a federal prison. She ended up with the moniker attached to her of the "Queen of Mean."
