He Sees Opportunity Where Others See Hopelessness

Like other great businessmen, Branson is able to look over situations that seem hopeless and see all sorts of hidden value that the regular person can't find.

He sees horrible management that has no idea how to remedy a situation and is See%20Opportunity%20Where%20Others%20Don%27t.jpgable to come in and take over the business and most of the time turn it around tremendously.

Sometimes he will look at existing businesses that he has no plans to take over, but rather is going to compete with them and can easily see what needs to be done to differentiate his business from theirs by quickly moving to add those things that consumers or other businesses desperately want.

It seems this comes from his sincere caring about people and looking for ways that he can improve their condition in any business he takes an interest in. It's what stirs his creativity to work overtime to find creative solutions that people recognize right away as what they've been looking for all along.

This is something that has to be real with anyone that is truely good at doing this. You can't fake it and try to make it outwardly happen. That's why so many companies fail to compete with market leaders because they eventually believe it is the outward way of doing things that is what the company is beating them at. But all along it's been that which is within that has been making the difference all along.
