There's Never a Lack of Opportunities
Branson said one time: "Business opportunities are like buses, there's always another one coming."
One thing about this outlook in life and business is that it's true. Once you start looking into business and ideas that interest you, it's remarkable how many times what we would consider once-in-a-lifetime opportunies, are in reality encountered all the time.
A colleague of mine interested in real estate as a business said pretty much the same thing. "Once you get out there and look and know what to look for, once-in-a-lifetime properties come across my path every week." He wasn't exaggerating.
As we talked about in an earlier post, the key is to immerse yourself in what you're interested in, and understand the business. When you understand it, it's not difficult to find opportunities all around you that you've never seen before.
Never give up because you think all the great ideas have been thought up or all the great businesses already created. We are just at the tip of the iceberg on where ideas and thoughts are going to take us.
