Fear is nothing to be concerned with if you understand a couple of things about it.
First, fear is something every single person has in their lives. Some may pretend that is isn't there, but nonetheless it is. The question is only concerning how much fear there is.
The greatest problem you may have with fear is to be apprehensive about something. Not knowing exactly how things will turn out is usually the source of this.
In management, what can really hurt you and your business more than anything is when you allow fear to dictate what it is that you do - or whether you do it.
Fear is the type of enemy that attempts to defeat you before you try anything. You create endless scenarios trying to figure out every possible contingency that could happen, and then spend the rest of the time worrying about the fact that you may not have thought of all the contingencies. The truth is that you can only narrow the possibilities and preparedness for that which can go wrong. You can never eliminate all possible issues that can come up.
The best thing one can do at times like these is to trust in your will and training and desire that no matter what comes up, you and your team can handle it. Don't let fear paralyze you and become a self-fulfilling prophecy. The human mind and creativity and willingness to adapt as situations arise, allows problems to come that are able to be solved.
So in the end it comes down to that we have to fight the desire to fear what it is that we fear. The way to do it is to prepare for the major problems that could arise and trust that the answers will come to those that couldn't be foreseen.
This will keep you from the disaster of not facing the realities that you may be confronted with and instead sitting in paralyses and doing nothing.
