
I remember one of my mentors talking to me about how to properly look at growing a business, management and financial goals. What was revealed to me I have held for many years and not let go.

He told me to look at life as a whole and not as segmented, in relationship to myself. See everything as interrelated and interconnected. Once you understand that, then you can understand the concept of growing things together at the same time.

One of the great downfalls to some that want everything and ones and battle to do it sequentially rather than simultaneously, is the ruin of everything and everybody around them.

Who wants to reach goals that are based upon the destruction of those that care about you, as you sacrifice them on the altar of success? I don’t.
What is one of the downsides to building things simultaneously? It will take a little longer to get there. If we grow our business, finances, marriages, families and relationships together, yes there will be times when you miss out on some big thing because of something that is important personally to someone else. So what?

I remember someone telling me once that deals of a lifetime come about all the time for those who know what they are looking for. And I have found this to be true. By paying attention to all of life that surrounds you, there will be growth and success as a whole rather than obsessive focus on only one aspect that can destroy all of the other parts of you.
