That’s a total of 75 words! That’s it! All you need to do is replace the second sentence with the industry that you are working in. Don’t overly complicate what it is that you exist for. This is something that you can impart to your employees with minimal time and effort. You can build your whole hiring policy around it.
Business really isn’t that complicated. It’s only neglecting the simple and obvious about human beings that create the complications that will always arise from that mistake. Pay attention to the above and you will go a long way toward avoiding it
