In the last 30 years I have started, bought, owned, operated, or managed businesses for others. Throughtout these many years I have pretty much encountered every possible thing that will challenge the staying-power of the staunchest heart.

It doesn't matter if your involved with a service company, retail, manufacture, wholesaler, or internet company, we will explore every aspect of management that one may need to grasp to effectively bring about success to the company's goals and purpose.

We will explore the changing business world and how that challenges us as managers to adapt and be nimble and quick to respond to an ever-evolving societal climate.

One of the things we as managers always need to do is to learn to cut through the hype and deal with the reality of the everyday challenges of business and people.
