When I talk about objectives I am referring to a very specific step to take, a landmark, which makes possible the achieving of your goal.

Make sure that you take opportunities to measure the results with what the defined objectives are. Use the results to emphasize strengths and eradicate weak points. To continually, consistently do this will also help provide you with guidance to flowing into the setting of new objectives for the next period.
