It is available right now to customers from the US, Australia, UK and Canada. Germanywill get it on January 30, the Netherlands on the January 31, and Italy on February 1.

By supplying all the information about your company, you can get access to a self-service environment where you can get answers to the common issues concerning software, service packs, patches, and webcasts that you may need help with. Of course it is customized based upon the information you provide at signup.
You will be given the opportunity to talk with live reps for quick advice on products, but if it goes on for a while you will be prompted that you will have to pay for more service. That support can be purchased through Small Business Expert said Doug Leland, general manager for small business at Microsoft's Worldwide Small and Midsize Solutions and Partner Group.
